The client
Bolt Burdon Kemp (BBK), a leading law firm specialising in compensation claims for medical negligence, brain injury, spinal injury, military accidents and child abuse.
The project
Many of BBK’s clients face accessibility issues that make court visits challenging. BBK sought a solution to provide reliable information to assist their clients in preparing for court visits.
The process
The project followed a user-centred design process and involved secondary research, user research, competitive analysis and experience mapping.
The result
An interactive court experience outlining and data-led article hosted on BBK’s website.
